Shipping Policy
In order to minimize our environmental footprint and expand the size range of our items, we utilize dropshipping. This means that every product is custom crafted.
It takes 2-7 business days to create a product and fulfill an order. Please allow 6-13 days for your order to ship. We partner with USPS, FedEx, DPD, and DHL. Within 6-13 days of purchase, you will receive a tracking number with your order.
Currently, we ship to the US, Australia, and Canada. If you are outside these countries and are interested in placing an order, please reach out to us at grxyfit@gmail.com. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is $4.99 - $9.99 for US orders, depending on package size.

International shipping is $10.99.
Return & Exchange Policy
Given that all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. With that being said, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please let us know if anything does not meet your expectations.

We ask that you submit any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items within 2 weeks of the product being received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please let us know within 4 business days of receiving the product.

Unclaimed returns will be donated after 4 weeks. Thank you for your understanding!
